Death watch counts down your life to make every second count

Thinking about your own death could be considered a bit morbid, or it could be considered pragmatic, as it may spur us to not waste any of our time with meaningless pursuits. And that's the thought behind a new kind of wrist watch, or death watch, if you prefer.
The Tikker watch displays not just the current time, but also displays just how many days we may have left to live, reminding us that there is more to life than just Tweeting, Facebooking, Instagraming, and responding to your emails. We've got plenty of options that will let us stay wired all day long, from smartphones to smartwatches, but very few that keep us focused on a meaningful life.
"Forget all about ‘smart watches’ that will keep you connected to your work email 24/7. How about a watch that is designed to actually make you happier, and help you get a better life? A happiness watch. That’s what TIKKER is designed to do." - Fredrik Colting, Tikker founder
To set up the watch, the user fills out a questionnaire, and then deducts their current age from the results, and TIKKER does the rest. Along with the watch, users also get a book, About Time, which is the manual for TIKKER, but is also a guide to the concept of time, covering such questions as "What is time? When did time begin? Is time endless?", and leads users through the process of calculating their own life time.

"Tikker is a wrist watch that counts down your life from years to seconds, and motivates you to make the right choices. Tikker will be there to remind you to make most of your life, and most importantly, to be happy.
Remember, it's not really about how much time you HAVE, it's what you DO with it. A week spent in love and happiness can be worth more than years spent in agony. Wearing a Tikker is a statement to the world that your biggest priority in life, is living." - Tikker
